Global Game Jam 2017

Global Game Jam 2017

Poster designs for the fifth annual Global Game Jam at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design.

Five different posters depict milestones in video game history, including games like Shadow of the Colossus, Super Mario Bros., or Tekken. Each can be folded down to a flyer format so that they can be distributed to passersby.

The Global Game Jam is a contest where participants try to make a video game from scratch in 24 to 72 hours. The annual event started in 2009 with 1.600 participants in 23 different countries. Since then the number of participants increased to 30.000 (2017).
